Amazing Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

The holiday season is upon us! What better way to give thanks than to share these delicious dishes with friends and family! This vegetarian Thanksgiving recipe database in the New York Times definitely comes in handy for planning a healthy menu. Most of the items are vegan, and for vegetarian dishes, you can easily substitute milk and cheese with almond or rice milk and soy cheese, or check out our niffty list of egg, meat and dairy substitutes here.
