Post-Workout Treat for $0.15

Try this amazing post-workout essential oil bath for sore muscles.

When you arrive home from a vigorous workout, mix 4 drops of lemon, 2 drops of nutmeg, 2 drops of orange and 4 drops of clary-sage. Add five to ten drops to your warm bathwater. Clary-sage has strong antidepressant, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties.
