The Most Amazing Raw Smoothies!

These raw vegan smoothies will blow you away! They are so refreshing, packed full of nutrients, and delicious. Here are the easy recipes:

STRAWBERRY BLAST
Health Benefits: helps regulate immune system, source of vitamin C and antioxidants

1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 icecubes

Place ingredients in blender (in order so you don't damage your blades)! Whip it away and add a few strawberry slices on top :)







PINEAPPLE-AVO TREAT
This smoothie is an unusual combination yet it is sweet, creamy and incredibly delicious!

Health Benefits: oleic acid helps lower cholesterol, aids with antioxidant and immune support, potassium regulates blood pressure, helps with skin disorders

1 whole pineapple or 2 cups pineapple juice
1/2 avocado
3 icecubes

Place in blender. Blend away! Enjoy :)
